The R-553 is a Tier 3 Assault Rifle of Raven. It is modeled after the SIG SG 750.

The R-533 is an exceptional battle rifle with impressive overall performance. Not only does it have impressive firepower, but it's also easier to control on full auto than most battle rifles.

The R-553 has great handling and great stopping power, but in the end it only has 25 bullets. Anyone who intends to down more than one person at short range may get frustrated with this otherwise excellent weapon. In general, it is a good gun but does need a lot of accuracy by the player in order to kill multiple enemies without draining the mag. This is usually what happens with inexperienced players at any range whatsoever, especially at long range. However, it does have better damage than both of the other Raven assault rifles and (obviously) the Raven submachine gun.
the R-553 is best used for long range shooting as its small ammo capacity (25 rounds) severely disadvantages the user as it can only take out 1-2 people at a time (excuding headshots) making it useless in attacking whole squads. It is best used when attacking or defending with a squad, backing up a squad or defending objectives.
The R-553 is best used as a defensive weapon rather than an attacking weapon because of its low ammo capacity. Its low ammo capacity is very noticeable after using any other Raven weapon (excluding PDW's).
